The big
screens can be viewed in broad daylight and
at a wide viewing angle that ensures
everybody in your audience has a crystal
clear view. We can even display in the rain,
so if there is a shower or two that tries to
ruin your event we don’t have a pack up
panic, we just keep the entertainment
rolling along. The show must go on, right?
Our whisper quiet generator allows us to be
fully independent in even the most remote
locations, and we set up and become
operational within 20 minutes.
We can display graphics, overlay text, and
real time data from a variety of sources
that may include multiple cameras,
computers, DVDs, VHSs, DVCams, even ipods,
TVs and game machines. These displays are
usually shown in 16.9 aspect ratio, but we
can revert to 4.3 if required.
Our standard configuration includes hard
drive instant replay capabilities that
allows the bigger moments to be replayed in
slow motion or real time as often as is
required.
Microwave links allow us to source the
inputs from remote locations, and from our
air conditioned control room we can switch
these multiple video and audio feeds to
present a very professional show on the
screen.
We can also provide a video link out for
corporate television sets or addition
screens, or even out to live internet
streaming.
Our audio system allows us to compliment
your own audio/pa system, or you have the
option to use ours. Our standard
configuration also includes 2 radio
microphones on separate channels for
commentary.
The exterior of the display screen can be
temporarily branded with signage to help
convey the corporate image of your major
sponsor, alternatively you can relay some
other message or advertisement to your
audience.
At the end of the day we can provide you
with a copy of your show, or part of your
show in DVD or DVcam format for you to sell
as is or edit as you wish.
We can supply you with a director,
cameramen, commentators, and help you with
advertisements, content a nd production or we
can work with your own crew.
The cost of an outside broadcast screen can
be offset in a variety of ways
Firstly a screen sponsor is a concept that
you may consider. We are able to brand the
outside of the screen with corporate signage
that has the immediate visual impact to the
viewer that the screen is "owned", or
"provided by" your client. This ownership
provides very real and impressive return to
your client as the screen is the centre of
attention at most events.
In addition the screen would be referred to
in the day's audio commentary as the
"corporate client" screen and also on all of
the print material available before, during
and after the event. You may also include
your "corporate client" screen ownership in
pre event advertising.
All in all a very impressive multilayered
impact on a specific demographic for your
corporate client that should be reflected in
the pricing structure offered to them.
Secondly,
sell advertising space on screen. The whole
cost of free to air television is funded in
this way, and the same principal can be
applied to your event. The added advantage
is that your clients are advertising to a
specific demographic that interests them or
their product. This can be a simple 30sec
commercial or be far more interactive with
the audience with competitions, interviews,
live interaction, demonstrations etc. The
concept of having a live captive audience
that can immediately respond to a
presentation is something television cannot
offer, and the cost is far more attractive.
Thirdly, Big Screen Australia has its own
group of corporate friends that may like to
buy some air time at your event, and we
would be only too pleased to help offer you
event air time or screen ownership to them.
Finally, the recorded vision of your event,
or parts of it, may be of value to your
audience, your event participants and even
fans that were unable to attend! This can be
produced and marketed in a variety of ways.
